ATTENTION SENIORS! CROWN FLORAL HAS OFFERED TO DONATE 10% OF ALL PROCEEDS FROM CORSAGE AND BOUTONNIERE PURCHASES ON WEDNESDAY, APRIL 25TH FOR MARSHFIELD JUNIOR/SENIOR PROM TO 2012 PROJECT GRADUATION. YOU’LL BE PURCHASING THEM FOR PROM ANYWAY – AND BY GOING TO CROWN FLORAL, YOU’LL BE ABLE TO SUPPORT PROJECT GRAD AT THE SAME TIME!
ATTENTION SENIORS! ARE YOU PLANNING AHEAD FOR PROM? PLEASE CONSIDER RENTING YOUR TUXEDO FROM PAUL PHILLIPS FORMALWEAR IN SPRINGFIELD. THEY WILL DONATE $3 TO PROJECT GRAD PER MARSHFIELD PROM TUXEDO RENTAL.
Final preparations are being made for Project Grad night. The following areas need a lead parent as well as additional volunteers for each:
Bus sign-up/chaperone and bag checks
Food pick-up and distribution (junior parents needed for this task)
Personal items room check - a nurse would be great to oversee medications
Games and special prizes
Chaperone assignments and schedules for the evening
